Our Journey So Far

From first project to coordinated platform, here's how REIS has grown to serve industrial development across Mexico
2021
Foundation Year
REIS launched with three major projects: Parque Industrial Arroyo Seco (7.4 ha), Via Rapida Alamar land acquisition (12.7 ha), and Foxconn Alamar industrial facility (30,000 m²). The coordinated platform model proved its value from day one.
2022
Regional Expansion
Major partnerships established across Baja California. WestGate Mexicali Industrial Park (25 ha) and Parque Industrial El Carrizo (59 ha) launched. REIS began coordinating permits, construction, and advisory services for multiple developments.
2023
Scale and Complexity
Parque Industrial Tecolote master planning commenced (170 ha), our largest project to date. Portfolio expanded to include Nave Industrial Especulativa Rosarito (10,000 m²). REIS demonstrated capacity to coordinate large-scale industrial parks alongside build-to-suit projects.
2024
Platform Maturity
Active portfolio reached 12 major projects spanning Tijuana, Mexicali, and Rosarito. New developments: Parque Industrial Natura Garcia (85 ha), Parque Industrial Nutrimex (55 ha), and Parque Industrial Valle Redondo (16 ha). REIS now coordinates over 170 hectares and $500M+ in transaction value.
2025
National Expansion
REIS expanded to Veracruz and Querétaro, bringing the coordinated platform model to new industrial markets. National reach established while maintaining deep roots in Baja California. The same integrated approach, now serving Mexico's key manufacturing regions.

Managing Director
René Olmos González
René holds dual master's degrees in IT and Business Administration from CETYS Universidad. After a decade as VP of Operations at Grupo MARAN, one of the region's largest industrial developers, he built deep expertise in project management, government relations, construction supervision, and property administration. He founded REIS to bring that operator-level experience directly to clients.

Alejandro Padilla
Alejandro studied Accounting at UABC and spent his early career at nationally recognized boutique firms specializing in audit, tax, and US-GAAP reporting for the maquiladora industry. In 2019 he joined Vlads Capital, an industrial real estate developer in Tijuana, expanding into project control, property transactions, and permitting. He co-founded REIS with René in 2021.
